If there are two person on JIAS and you would like to download the music for both of them into one device, this is not possible at the moment. The only way how to do this, is to download the the second set of music after you play the first one. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the green/grey lock icon with the refresh sign on it in the top right corner
  2. Enter the PIN code of the 1st person and click "Download" button.
  3. Wait for the music to download. The time depends on your internet connectivity and number of the tracks. After the music was downloaded, you are able to start listening.
  4. Before selecting and playing the tracks, you need to turn on the "airplane mode" and connect the headphones. If you will not do this, the playback will not be possible.
  5. After you finished the listening, turn off the "airplane mode" and click the green/grey lock icon in the top right corner
  6. Enter the PIN code for the 2nd person and click "Download" button.
  7. Wait for the second set of music to be downloaded.
  8. Before selecting and playing the tracks, you need again to turn on the "airplane mode" and connect the headphones if you disconnected them.
  9. After you finished the listening, turn off the "airplane mode" and disconnect the headphones. You can now start using your mobile device normally.
  10. Next day, you can start listening with the 2nd person first and after finishing, you need to download the music for the first person (continue from number 2).
