If you are not able to download the music after you entered a correct PIN code, please check the following:

  1. To download music to your mobile device, you need to have internet connection. Please check if your internet connection is working.
  2. If your internet connection is not working in your mobile device, please check if you don't have the airplane mode activated and therefore your internet connection is turned off.
  3. If the above options are working, check if your PIN code is correctly entered.
  4. If you entered the PIN code correctly, please check with your provider, if you have the correct PIN.
