If you are not able to download the music after you entered a correct PIN code, please check the following:
- To download music to your mobile device, you need to have internet connection. Please check if your internet connection is working.
- If your internet connection is not working in your mobile device, please check if you don't have the airplane mode activated and therefore your internet connection is turned off.
- If the above options are working, check if your PIN code is correctly entered.
- If you entered the PIN code correctly, please check with your provider, if you have the correct PIN.
If none of these is working, please contact the support.
