There are a few possible options why your PIN is not working.


  1. The first and most obvious option can be, that you entered it incorrectly. Please double-check your PIN and try to enter it again. Please be sure to enter the "-" minus character, if it wasn't added automatically by your mobile app.
  2. The second option can be, that your PIN is entered correctly, but you have no internet connection. Please check you internet connection and try to re-enter the PIN again.
  3. The third possibility can be, that your PIN is not valid anymore. The reason for this can be, that you already have a new PIN and the old one was already invalidated.


After you entered the PIN correctly and you checked the above options and download will still not start automatically, please contact support.
